Return Process

  Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
